Kia ora koutotu. School is open as normal today and still is a very safe place for your child. We only ask for children who have family members unwell or are unwell themselves to take the precautions and get tested, otherwise, school is a safe and great place for your child to be. 3 Way Conferences Canceled
3-way conferences canceled
Important Dates Coming Up.
Kia ora koutou.
3 Way Conferences - Tuesday 1st March 1 - 7pm, Wednesday 2nd March 3.15 - 6.30pm
3 Way Conferences:
As you know we always have three-way conferences within the first six weeks of school starting back. The rationale behind this is the teachers know the children a little by then and the early conferences assist in parents supporting teachers in getting to know their children better, as well as this being a good time to set learning goals.
This year we are having our Term 1 conferences on Tuesday 1st March and Wednesday 2nd March.
School will close for interviews at 12.30pm on Tuesday with interviews starting at 1pm, and close at the normal time of 3pm on Wednesday with interviews starting at 3.15pm on this day.

At this point, a few weeks out, we ask for parents to scan in and please wear their masks during 3 way conference time. If anything changes we will let you know beforehand.

Welcome back. We trust you had a great school break and fabulous Christmas. It was nice to see the children bounce back into school, eager to be with their friends and to be in their new classrooms. The teachers have worked hard preparing the classrooms to be inclusive and rich learning environments over the last week, despite both Rooms 1 and 2 having to work around building renovations.
A thank you note to commend both teachers and children on returning to school with the public health mask-wearing order. I was in class on Tuesday teaching Room 1 and as a result, got an insight into just how difficult it is to operate this way. Well done to the Yr. 4 - 6 children and teachers who are doing their best during this difficult time.
